We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development Manager (could be without experience) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving negotiations with our partners next to  C-level and propelling the company to the next level, with a direct and meaningful impact on our success. The position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with business trips to Berlin and Paris.

Who You Are:

• Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian, with fluency in both English and French
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution

What You Will Do:

• Support for C-level in exploring innovative lead generation strategies — We empower our Business Development Manager to excel beyond traditional methods, encouraging the exploration of new, creative, and unconventional approaches to enhance client acquisition.
