Business Development Manager (Junior/Middle) in RetroStyle Games

RetroStyle Games is a cozy team of like-minded people who are in love with games, animation and 2D/3D graphics. We specialize in creating games and do quality art outsourcing for clients from all over the world. We are currently looking for someone to join our great sales team in the office) Our goal is to double the number of active clients and the quality of the projects we take on. We strive to continue to build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. You are expected to: - Find clients using Upwork and related platforms. - Communicate with clients and analyze their needs. - Prepare commercial proposals and preliminary estimates together with the PM department. - Managing the project from prepayment to final payment and supporting clients to provide a high level of service. - Maintaining warm relations with clients and providing them with upsale services. - Participation in international conferences and exhibitions. You are our ideal candidate if: - You have in English at the Upper Intermediate level and above.- You have brilliant communication skills, you are excellent at networking and giving presentations.- You easily immerse yourself in learning new things and maintain an interest in your professional development.- You have an understanding of 2D and 3D game topics or you easily you can support conversations about the game industry and surprise even an experienced colleague with your knowledge. It will be a plus: Experience in conducting productive negotiations with foreign clients and understanding the game development process.
