The company is headquartered in the Netherlands, spanning over 5 offices across the globe. Responsibilities: Ensure exclusive deals and arrangements are secured within the iGaming vertical; Identify and secure new partners, negotiating advantageous terms for traffic sales; Cultivate and maintain relationships with advertisers and affiliate networks; Represent the company at industry conferences, utilizing networking opportunities to expand partnerships and industry knowledge; Analyze fluctuations in sales/profits and activities of competitors; Monitor trends and tendencies in online marketing; Collaborate with the marketing/sales team; Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results to the senior management team. We are seeking candidates with the following skillset: 2+ years of experience as an affiliate manager or BDM in iGaming vertical, preferably experience of working in MediaBuy team; Comprehensive understanding of media buys and up-to-date knowledge of current trends in FB and Google PPC; Proficiency in iGaming, including game providers, game aggregators, and white-label platforms; A proven track record in establishing strategic partnerships within the iGaming sector, including casinos and betting platforms; Strong networking abilities and experience in building partnerships within the iGaming industry; Demonstrated capability in developing and executing strategic plans, with a deep understanding of the dynamics and trends of the gambling industry; Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve ambitious targets; Willingness to travel as necessary to foster partnerships; English level: B2/C1.
