The main product of the company is a job search site, which is used by about 90 million users in 69 countries of the world every month: both employers and searchers. In addition, Jooble develops an ecosystem of related products and invests in startups related to employment. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager with knowledge of the English language for the new startup Jooble, which helps build large-scale advertising campaigns for the largest players of the job niche in the US markets and the EU. You are our ideal candidate if:- You have written and spoken English at the C1 level;- You have strong business communication and argumentation skills;- Productive, goal-oriented, able to prioritize, work in multi-tasking conditions and meet deadlines;- Able to work with statistics, do conclusions based on data analysis and use them for negotiations; - You understand the concepts of: traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI (or have a desire to understand these terms); - Experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage. What will it look like your work day You will: - Attract new partners, negotiate terms of cooperation, categorize generated leads, determine their needs and potential; - Build strong long-term relationships with partners, look for ways to grow the campaign and communicate with the partner about possible strategies; - Monitor the performance of established campaigns, improve existing agreements in order to achieve business goals; - Explore new business models, gather valuable insights from the largest players in the niche, and have the opportunity to implement them.
