We are expanding the team and looking for a passionate person for the role of Business Development Manager (BizDev) to work with the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The following tasks await you:

  • Formulate a value proposition for Jooble's current business models;
  • Identify and contact potential customers via email and LinkedIn, categorize leads, understand their needs and potential, and negotiate terms of cooperation;
  • Actively attract potential customers through various channels;
  • Conduct effective meetings with potential customers, emphasizing unique advantages;
  • Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for customers and stakeholders;
  • Enter all relevant data about work with clients into the SRM system;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and presentation to negotiations and concluding an agreement.

Necessary skills and experience:

  • One year of full-cycle sales experience (with an emphasis on cold sales);
  • German language level: Upper-Intermediate and above (oral and written);
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and lead presentations;
  • High level of analytical thinking, self-organization, discipline, productivity and results orientation.

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of sales software such as Snov.io, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Salesforce/Hubspot;
  • Experience with data.

Rest and recovery

24 working days of annual paid leave + 6 days to reboot. 20 paid sick days + 4 days without a medical certificate - to have time to recover when needed. You will also have 6 fixed additional days off for public holidays.
