Your key goal:Filling the company's warehouse capacity (Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro and other regions) by attracting new B2B partners.

What needs to be done (Expert level tasks):

  1. Expert selling (Consultative Selling): You are not just selling "square meters", you are selling cost optimization client.

  2. Working with clients: Finding and attracting partners (retail, FMCG, e-commerce, production), conducting negotiations at the top management level.

  3. Solution architecture: Together with the operational team, form individual commercial offers (calculation of tariffs, modeling of cooperation schemes, evaluation profitability).

  4. Market analytics: Monitoring competitor activity, participation in tenders, analysis of bids and tariff models.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience: From 3 years in logistics (ideally, experience in 3PL operators or logistics departments of large trading/manufacturing companies).

  • Hard Skills: Deep understanding of warehouse logistics processes. You must understand what the cost of a warehouse operation consists of.

  • Commercial acumen: Ability (or strong desire) to negotiate, persuade, work with objections and close deals.

  • Tools: Confident command of Excel (calculations, pivot tables), PowerPoint (presentation of solutions), CRM.
