Responsibilities: —Develop agrowth strategy focused both onfinancial gain and customer satisfaction. —Conduct research toidentify new markets and customer needs. —Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. —Promote the company’s products/services addressing orpredicting clients’ objectives. —Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence tolaw-established rules and guidelines. —Keep records ofsales, revenue, invoices, etc. —Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. —Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. —Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Requirements: —Proven working experience asabusiness development manager, sales executive, orarelevant role. —Proven sales track record. —Proficiency inMSOffice and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). —3+years ofexperience working inoutstaffing/outsourcing companies. —Strong understanding ofSDLC. —Experience with tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Snovio, and Folderly. —Proven results inemail campaign performance. —Experience working with Upwork. —Experience with LinkedIn outreach (automation tools and customized touch). —Proficiency inEnglish and Ukrainian. —Market knowledge. —Communication and negotiation skills. —BSc/BA inbusiness administration, sales, orrelevant field.
