We are looking for an ambitious and intelligent Business Development Manager (B2B Poland market, corporate study of foreign languages).Functional and Responsibilities: Creation of templates, presentations, proposals, scripts and other according to the instructions of CEO GSS STUDY and COO GS. Expanding the base of corporate clients, conducting negotiations, in particular with foreign partners. Active partnership development, search and attraction new partners, development and signing of packages of documents on cooperation. Interaction with BM on planning a sales campaign for a new/updated product, making forecasts and sales analysis, presenting their conclusions to management. Implementation of a financial sales plan. Process organization and control of customer support and development managers .Conducting meetings, presentations, negotiations, signing the contract in accordance with the provisions of the SRM. At the request of the client - technical specifications. Search for solutions based on needs. Market analysis, analysis of feedback from potential customers, formation of offers. Preparation of materials in Polish, interaction with the marketing department. Quality work with CRM according to the knowledge base and protocols. Requirements: Higher education. Experience in a similar function from 3 years in the field of B2B on the European market. High level of command of English and Polish languages !!!Knowledge of CRM systems and communication programs (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, DOU, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter). Good computer literacy, mastery of Microsoft Office. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. We offer: Competitive salary and bonus system.
