I am looking for a sales manager for new Enterprise clients who will strengthen our team and help us grow even faster.
We are a Ukrainian product fintech company. We help entrepreneurs trade safely so they can sleep easy knowing they won't have any problems with the government.
Every day we cash 3.5+ million checks for 100+ thousand companies and continue to grow rapidly.
Although we are already the market leader, we want our product to be used by all Ukrainian businesses.
One of the most potential areas in which we want to strengthen is the Enterprise segment.
We are looking for who:
- Able to quickly establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders (C-level, owners, directors).
- Has a high level of empathy and adaptability in communication.
- Able to "read" the needs and style of the interlocutor.
- Understands how to translate product capabilities into concrete business value for a potential client and speak:
- with the financial director in the language numbers, savings and ROI;
- with the chief accountant in the language of simplifying work and saving efforts for quality reporting;
- with the IT director - in the language of simplifying infrastructure, integrations and technical interoperability;
- with the CEO or owner - in the language of strategic advantages and growth.
It is important that he/she has:
- 2+ years of effective experience in B2B sales to customers of the Enterprise segment.
- Understanding the entire sales cycle: from the first contact to the signing of the contract and subsequent upselling.
- Experience in conducting effective meetings (offline, online) and product presentations.
- Experience in working with objections and the ability to turn them into arguments in favor of the product.
- Ability to build trusting long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Systematic work and discipline in the execution of plans.
- Energy, ambition and the will to win.
- The ability to think both tactically and strategically.
Optional, but would be a plus:
- Experience in sales of digital products in particular.
- Understanding the peculiarities of the SaaS business model.
- Experience in sales of fintech products in particular will be a huge plus.
