Our partner, one of the world leaders in the production of electronics and household appliances, is opening a competition for the position of "Business Development Manager". for the development and implementation of PRM together with the marketing and KAM teams based on KPIs of the company, including profitability • Development of marketing and promotion strategy for the product • Development of product sales plans based on key performance indicators of the company, goals and expected market size (quarterly, annually) • Forecasting demand for products based on KPIs and Company goals • Preparation and agreement of terms of trade by channels • Analysis of product market trends and actions of competitors Functions of KAM: • Responsibility for business development of the company with regional networks • Full cycle of management of relations between business and clients • Preparation and agreement with clients of terms of trade with further monitoring of their implementation • Agreeing plans with customers based on the company's KPI (sales goals, IHS, DisplayShare, WOS) • PSI management: product, channel, customers • Developing and agreeing with customers on the product matrix based on the company's goals • Ensuring regular forecasting of orders based on the company's sales plans, customer supply planning , WOS and seasonal market trends• Agreement on promotional activities with clients aimed at balancing the client's inventory and achieving the company's KPI (IHS, MS, WOS).• Data analysis for reporting to senior management. Requirements for candidates:- Experience: from 3 years in the field of sales- Education: Higher, preferably in the field of business administration, economics, marketing or a related field - High level of technical skills (Excel, PPT) - Analytical thinking - English language - level not lower than Intermediate - High communication skills (negotiations) - Personal qualities - responsibility , initiative, focus on the result.
