Responsibilities: —Prospecting based onthe list ofleads, created bythe Lead Generator Manager. —Replying togeneral inquiries from the leads generated bythe outbound campaigns. —Adjusting CRM records based onthe results ofthe outbound Campaigns; adjusting Campaigns parameters. —Thorough follow-ups with the assigned leads. —Daily updates ofthe CRM based onthe tasks and activities. —The primary point ofcontact for the projects. Key Competences: —Communication. Able tocommunicate clearly inafriendly way with noorlittle mistakes inEnglish. —Understanding ofsales. Understand the sales process and the results ofsuccessful sales operations. —Understand the needs ofthe client, can clearly define the needs ofatheoretical client, uses structured frameworks during the reasoning process. —Understanding the importance ofreporting and daily prospecting routine —Teamwork.
