☝️ Are you ready to elevate your career in business development? Join us if you have:

  • At least 1 year in an SDR, BDM, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Advanced English (C1-C2) and fluent Ukrainian.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other partner networks, along with cold outreach expertise.
  • Skilled in building lead generation and sales processes from scratch, especially within marketing agencies or similar industries.
  • Mastery of email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other lead gen tools.
  • Strong research, analysis, and information structuring capabilities.
  • Exceptional sociability—because selling is all about connections!
  • Sharp analytical abilities to drive insights.
  • Proactive with a knack for quick, strategic decision-making.

⭐️ As a BDM, You Will:

  • Identify potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, social networks, and more.
  • Set up appointments with prospects.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for Voodoo’s business development, leveraging top outbound marketing practices.
  • Work with advanced tools like G-suite, CRM systems, and Chrome extensions.
  • Develop B2B messaging for outreach via email, LinkedIn, Upwork, and phone calls.
  • Contact prospects on behalf of clients using customized outreach techniques.
  • Implement semi-automated, semi-manual email campaigns.
  • Manage responses, address objections, and schedule follow-ups.
