Stress resilience. Initiative and proactiveness: Ideal candidates can set goals, initiate new tasks, find new partners, and suggest new ways ofcollaboration. Self-organization: The ability toplan one’s own day and week independently, based onset goals and desired results, without the need for daily supervision orreminders. Attention todetail. Proficiency inEnglish atanupper-intermediate level (both spoken and written). What will youdo: Coordinating the negotiation process incollaboration with the Head ofBusiness Development from start toresult (partnership, sale, orrejection). Regular analysis isrequired. Independent work with leads provided bythe Head ofBusiness Development, including scheduling calls, conducting initial negotiations, documenting call results, and monitoring further progress. Participation inthe development orenhancement ofbusiness development funnels, partnership programs, and trigger strategies. Operational support for partnership implementations, including follow-up messages immediately after calls, CRM data input, leadership instandard partnership options (handoff toresearch and back, writing press releases, publication, and social media sharing), participation incustom campaigns, and sending news updates topartner channels (e.g., preamble announcements). Assisting inthe implementation ofthe entire business development strategy, such aspreparing the company for participation inevents. Weekly and monthly reporting. Collaborative development ofpartnership programs with the marketing and research departments. Participation inmeetings with management and the department.
