How exactly can you influence the development of the company: • conduct an audit of the current strategy and processes of the direction
• conduct negotiations with key partners with the aim of attracting leaders of the E-com + Non-food retail direction
• form and implement a strategy for the development of the direction (individual partners) according to the agreed period, using available tools, including marketing
• formation of regular reporting on the efficiency and success of the department
• team people management with the aim of achieving target indicators
• management and development of strategically important partners
• analysis of the needs of existing customers and making proposals for product improvement, conducting surveys, interviews, focus groups, analysis of growth and performance indicators of customers
• cross-functional interaction with development, legal, finance, marketing teams within the framework of the department's tasks < br/>• participate in the promotion of the direction (participation in conferences, panel discussions, podcasts, etc.)


Challenges for 3 months:
• adaptation in the team and the company
• immersion in the internal processes of the department
• conducting an audit of current processes
• conduct negotiations with the aim of attracting 2-3 market leaders


Challenges for 6 months:
• attract at least one partner with the potential for orders 5k+ per month
• make suggestions for improving the product
• offer your vision for the development of the direction taking into account the current capabilities of the product

To achieve results, you will need:

• from 3 years of professional experience in business development, B2B, etc.
• from1st experience in team management
• experience in cross-functional interaction with development, legal, finance, marketing teams
• experience in managing key partners
• experience in creating and implementing a sales strategy and product development
• high level of communication skills, ability to negotiate effectively
• experience in creating and implementing a marketing strategy
• ability to make decisions based on analytical data

• you determine a convenient time for yourself; business time when everyone must be in touch - from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. />• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of reward)
