Запрошуємо до нашої команди BDM з досвідом роботи, який посилить нашу командуResponsibilities:- Searching new leads on current and suggesting new lead channelsBuilding and managing ICPs- Writing sales scripts- Lead prospecting, qualification and progressing through the sales funnel via Pipedrive- Development of effective sales strategies to achieve KPIs.- Working with objections, solving conflict situations with clientsRequirements:- 2-3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or BDM- English level C1 both written and spoken- Experience with Upwork / Linkedin / Partners- Experience with B2B- Experience in communication with Fintech, Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce, AI, and Blockchain leads.- Experience with building successful email/linkedin outreach campaigns.- Analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills (attentiveness is very important)- Knowledge of the most common sales tools ( Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Lemlist, CrunchBase, etc.)- Excellent writing skills (email outreach, LinkedIn outreach).- Understanding the commonly used IT technologies, and their differences.
