We are developing in-house software to efficiently manage all our marketing endeavors.Currently we are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the full circle sales process. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales efforts, acting as the initial point of contact between potential customers and our organization.We’d like to find a skilled hunter who possesses the ability to listen, learn, and effectively convey the right message to the target Ideal Customer Profile. Our clientele primarily consists of home improvement businesses in the USA and Canada.Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage potential customers interested in our services through cold calling and emails, delivering compelling presentations.Gather feedback from client meetings, focusing on key points, features, and pricing.Utilize CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting strategies with the company’s business objectives.Track progress towards meeting sales goals.Requirements:2+ years of similar international sales experience, preferably in IT or Marketing.C1 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Proven ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to present the value proposition of the company and its products/services.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.Experience with sales enablement tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io).We Offer:Competitive salary: fixed rate in the amount of 1500$ and KPI-driven performance incentives.Paid vacation and sick leaves.Opportunities for professional and career growth in a challenging yet supportive environment.Compensation for professional trainings, seminars, conferences etc.Remote and flexible work schedule to promote work-life balance.A friendly team and a healthy social environment.
