Business Development Manager Київ Запрошуємо донашої команди BDM/ Sales Manager здосвідом роботи, який посилить нашу команду Responsibilities: —Searching new leads oncurrent and suggesting new lead channels Building and managing ICPs —Writing sales scripts —Lead prospecting, qualification and progressing through the sales funnel via Pipedrive —Development ofeffective sales strategies toachieve KPIs. —Working with objections, solving conflict situations with clients Requirements: —2-3+ years ofexperience asaSales Manager orBDM —English level C1both written and spoken —Experience with Upwork/ Linkedin/ Partners —Experience with B2B —Experience incommunication with Fintech, Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce, AI, and Blockchain leads. —Experience with building successful email/linkedin outreach campaigns. —Analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills (attentiveness isvery important)—Knowledge ofthe most common sales tools ( Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Lemlist, CrunchBase, etc.)—Excellent writing skills (email outreach, LinkedIn outreach). —Understanding the commonly usedIT technologies, and their differences. Understanding outstaff/outsource services, their differences and pros/cons.
