Requirements:
▪️ At least 2+ years of experience in an IT outsourcing/product development company in a relevant position
▪️ Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the US and EU markets
▪️ Proficiency in English at an advanced level
▪️ Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sales platforms
▪️ Demonstrated expertise in account development and deal closure
▪️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
▪️ Capability and readiness to travel for business needs
Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare proposals and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients
▪️ Establish strong partner relationships
▪️ Coordinate and arrange business meetings to advance sales opportunities
▪️ Meet and exceed KPIs to consistently achieve revenue targets
▪️ Lead negotiations and finalize deals with clients
▪️ Analyze client feedback to optimize the sales process
▪️ Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
▪️ Maintain and update the CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions
