We are building strong partnership relations with each of them to build an impressive portfolio of jobs, establish a strong reputation on the market of our clients and, eventually, grow the business to cover the full cycle of architecture and design works.Given the growth of the company, we are in search of a new member of the sales department.Responsibilities:- Prospecting based on the list of leads, created by the Lead Generator Manager.- Replying to general inquiries from the leads generated by the outbound campaigns.- Adjusting CRM records based on the results of the outbound Campaigns;adjusting Campaigns parameters.- Thorough follow-ups with the assigned leads.- Daily updates of the CRM based on the tasks and activities.- The primary point of contact for the projects.Key Competences:- Communication. Able to communicate clearly in a friendly way with no or little mistakes in English.- Understanding of sales. Understand the sales process and the results of successful sales operations.- Understand the needs of the client, can clearly define the needs of a theoretical client, uses structured frameworks during the reasoning process.- Understanding the importance of reporting and daily prospecting routine- Teamwork. Understands her role within a team. Supports a team.
