- Experience of 2 years in positions of Business Development Manager;
- Experience in the development and implementation of business development strategies;
- Experience in communication with crypto projects and understanding of the specifics of crypto exchange services;
- Upper-intermediate English is a must (written & verbal);
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify market needs;
- Ability to generate new ideas and suggestions to improve products and services;
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders;
- Effective problem-solving and the ability to make informed decisions;
- Analytical approach to work and ability to work with data;
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for business development.
🎯 Your tasks for the first month will be:
- Learn about our product and fully understand its features and advantages;
- Conduct a market analysis to identify existing offerings and gaps in the market;
- Develop and propose new ideas for improving our product and how they can be implemented;
- Suggest new products or improvements to existing offerings.
✔️Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives, creation of new products;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Work with the team and processes.
