Together with Ilya Lukach - Head of B2B & Partnerships, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team, who will lead a new direction of product partnerships in Headway.

What will need to be done?
- Explore market opportunities and develop an effective strategy for the development of new global partnerships.
—Expand the partner base, look for new opportunities for product partnerships in certain areas (Fintech, Telcos, Education, Media & Entertainment, Ride-sharing, Mobility, Travel & Hospitality, etc.).
—Conduct turnkey partner negotiations and integrations with a focus on monetization, brand awareness, and user growth.
—Maintain existing partnerships in various verticals and regularly review the terms of cooperation with them.
— Collaborate with Product, Comms, Strategy teams to implement successful activations.
What do you need to join us?
— 2-3 years of work experience.
— Good, confident English (C1-C2 English proficiency).
- Successful experience in Business Development or Partnerships Management.
- Experience in negotiations with international partners.
