Business Development Manager in Alkhorayef Petroleum Company

Requirements: 4−8 years of experience in ESP oilfield rig and maintenance operations is requiredPrevious ESP applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning experience are requiredPrevious experience with special engineering software for ESP Design and Well Performance Modeling is requiredPrevious Customer Relationship Management experience is requiredPrevious Oil and Gas upstream processes' experience is requiredWorking conditions: Duties: Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales goals, coordinating specific plans for promoting existing services and introducing new ones.Monitors pricing structures and recommends necessary changes, effectively presenting price increases to customers.Supports service delivery marketing strategies and conducts regular client visits to review service quality, update client profiles, and address client needs and concerns.Coordinates and conducts client seminars and presentations, participates in client service quality reviews, and ensures all operations are covered by legally sound contracts.Collaborates with management to determine long-term goals and solutions, and designs and optimizes downhole and surface equipment to assist clients in production optimization.Manages equipment budgets, establishes plans for equipment rationalization and service quality, and actively participates in failure analysis and personnel coaching.Monitors ESP systems' daily performance, collaborates with clients to understand and meet application requirements, and guides field operations staff in ESP installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
