We are currently continuing our activities and development, therefore we invite our potential candidates to consider the vacancy "Business Development Manager" to develop and strengthen our brand in the international market. Main tasks consist of: Active search for new partners from different countries Market analysis of security systems in accountable countries Cold and warm calls to find new partners Online meetings, presentations to potential partners Conclusion of contracts for the supply/distribution of the company's products Accompanying partners: shipment, promotion, training Reporting, work in CRM Basic requirements for the candidate: Experience in B2B sales in international markets, at least 1 year - mandatory Experience and skills in cold prospecting and attracting customers - mandatory Good knowledge of English (Upper Intermediate and above) - mandatory Ability to build and develop a client base Ability to analyze market information, sales, competitors Ability to forecast and plan sales Ability to develop and conduct product presentations in accordance with client needs Knowledge of active sales techniques Willingness to learn technically and develop in sales Advanced communication and presentation skills Ability to negotiate at different levels We offer: Remote work option, we meet weekly in chats and Zoom; rate + %; Support at the start - you will have a mentor who will help you integrate into work processes and successfully pass adaptation training; Paid holidays and sick leave; Medical insurance; Small and friendly team, great experience of colleagues from different countries; Possibility of visiting various foreign exhibitions and partners If you are interested in life safety products and have a desire to work in the international market, send your resume.
