Requirements for candidates: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales (IT sales experience); Fluency in spoken and written English; Ability to actively negotiate and confidently present the product (experience working with objections, problem solving); Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships; Understanding of software development processes; Understanding of the IT service sales cycle; Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.); Responsibilities: Actively searching for potential customers and expanding the customer base; Negotiating with potential customers and presenting the company's services; Development and management of sales strategy, including the preparation of offers and contracts; Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring high quality of service; What we offer: Working time from 9/10 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. (Monday-Friday) 14 days of paid vacation; 5 days of sick leave.
