What needs to be done and what to be responsible for: Active sales: Planning and sales analytics for active channels; Search for new customers and development of sales in target PSs; Analysis of ratings, platforms, industry associations with potential customers; Writing letters, planning mailings, control of feedback Communication; Attending events for networking; Preparation of business proposals, presentations, organization of meetings for the presentation of the company with the aim of further signing contracts; Coordination of cooperation terms, signing contracts, NDA and other registration forms. Sales through tenders: Planning and analytics of sales by channel « Tenders»Monitoring of tender sites; Registration of potential clients on tender sites; Preparation of a package of documents for participation in the tender; Preparation of a price offer for tenders; Negotiations with representatives of the client's tender departments in order to achieve a positive result of participation in the tender. Building relationships with clients from the RB group: Creation and maintenance of profiles; Preparation and implementation of an action plan with the aim of increasing the sales of this group; Transferring the first requests and orders to managers of areas, supporting the onboarding process of new customers. Preparation of reports for the manager.
