• 3+ years of successful experience in the field of IT outsourcing 
• Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes 
• Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques 
• Strong communication skills 
• Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas 
• Good command of English (B2 level)
