We are looking for an original and experienced Business development manager who likes to discover new hypotheses and scale campaigns.

The main task will be to build a network and develop our business, forming a network to work with creators.

Key skills:

— 2+ years of experience in BizDev or a similar position;

— Spoken English at a level no lower than Upper intermediate;

— Understanding how to find and build relationships with partners;

— Experience in influence marketing;

— Developed communication skills;

— Initiative, flexibility, structure;

What needs to be done?

— Development of a communication strategy and calendar plan;

— Market research, introduction of new trends;

— Interaction with partners and freelancers;

— Development of creative concepts to attract new partners;

— Communication with clients/partners within the framework of new cooperation;

—Understanding the basic principles of marketing and advertising to create effective marketing activities;

— Participation in conferences, thematic events, etc.;

- Achieving KPIs.
