In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for a Business Development Manager. The role aims to seek clients from enterprise beauty and non-beauty sectors, maintain the current portfolio of enterprise clients, actively sell and promote new programs such as Benefit Booksy and e-commerce, engage in building sales and post-sales processes within the enterprise area, and expand and develop the Booksy API from a business perspective.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business partners in the Beauty industry, including distributors and manufacturers of cosmetic brands.
- Implementing cooperation with business partners as part of the Booksy benefits program.
- Searching for new business partners in the Enterprise sector (non-beauty categories).
- Analyzing and identifying functional and technical requirements of partners.
- Full project management of business cooperation with partners (including customer identification, needs analysis, relationship building, proposal submission, negotiations, contract signing, implementation, sales development).
- Close collaboration with IT, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal departments.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leading sales projects in the B2B sector.
- Practical experience in business development and sales activities related to selling HR benefits , digital services, e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, etc.
- Ability to work on interdepartmental projects.
- Advanced level of English proficiency (B2/C1).
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and needs.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to set priorities, manage tasks and time, and systematically complete tasks.
- Welcome: knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
