This role will be crucial in driving expansion into new markets, launching new products, and developing relationships with institutional clients. Key Responsibilities: Day 1 (Launch Phase): Develop an initial strategy for market expansion and new product launches Create a prioritized list of target markets and potential institutional clients Establish processes for tracking and managing business development opportunities Set up initial meetings with high-priority targets Develop presentation materials for potential clients and stakeholders On-going: Lead initiatives for geographic expansion, including regulatory research and market entry strategies Spearhead the launch of new products (e.g., derivatives, futures) from conception to execution Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients and large traders Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships to enhance company offerings Represent the company at industry conferences and events Collaborate with the product team on new business initiatives and feature developments Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities Develop and implement strategies to increase liquidity and trading volume on the exchange Work with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for new markets and products Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, with at least 3 years in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
