YOUR TASKS AND DUTIES IN THE POSITION WILL BE:
- search and implementation of innovative products and ways of selling natural gas with the maximum automation, focused on the needs of small businesses;
- participation in the development of the best conditions for providing services to clients;
- carrying out market analysis to understand the needs of small businesses, segmentation of potential customers;
- gathering feedback from current customers and expectations of internal stakeholders;
- analysis of the competitive environment and determination of unique opportunities for the product;
- pricing and product promotion strategy development;
- initiating marketing activities and marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new small business customers and increasing sales;
- initiating the development and implementation of additional services for small business clients (client office, support line, etc.);
- analysis of financial results and preparation of regular financial reports on the product;
- formation of proposals for improvement and further development of the product.
OUR WISHES FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEE:
- complete higher education;
- 2+ years of experience as a development manager in B2B e-commerce;
- experience in building and developing a strategy for the promotion of e-commerce projects;
- basic knowledge in Internet marketing;
- understanding the needs of small/medium businesses;
- experience in the development and development of new areas of activity;
- experience in conducting customer needs/customer experience research, forming a value proposition, testing product hypotheses, using product metrics;
- ability to define long-term goals and develop effective strategies;
- the ability to effectively establish communication with teams, manage conflicts and present ideas;
- ability to analyze data, market trends and make decisions based on them.
