Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a critical role in helping our startups succeed.

Work conditions:

• Probationary period: 3 months
• Work schedule: flexible working schedule, 8-hour working day, five-day workweek

Hiring process:

• HR interview: we’ll talk about your professional background, the specifics of the position we are offering, and address any questions you might have
• Test Task
• Intro call with your future manager: we’ll discuss the specifics of the role and the project in detail, and make sure our culture and values are aligned
• Reference check (as needed): during the process, we may reach out to your former colleagues to gather more insights

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Create engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, websites, and other platforms.
• Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Attend and facilitate calls with stakeholders, clients, and team members, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials such as presentations, and promotional content.
• Think strategically to see the bigger picture, setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences.
• Understand the businesses’ products or services to advise team members and stakeholders (training provided if necessary).
• Create and implement promotional strategies and activities to boost visibility and engagement, measuring and analyzing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Strong content creation skills and familiarity with various digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to set and achieve business objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Will be a plus:

• Proven experience in businessdevelopment, marketing, or a related field.
• Understanding of startup environments and challenges.
