Business Development Manager in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems is an international technology company and Europe's largest manufacturer of security systems. The company offers comprehensive solutions for the protection of residential and commercial facilities of various sizes. Ajax's portfolio currently includes 280 devices for intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire safety, and comfort and automation. Every year we demonstrate multiple growth both in the number of the team and in the number of users worldwide. We are currently looking for an experienced specialist to strengthen the team and be responsible for project sales of complex Ajax Systems solutions, working with large customers and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of project sales of complex Ajax Systems.
• Working with clients: gathering needs, forming commercial and technical solutions, negotiations.
• Interaction with C-level, technical directors, representatives of municipalities, developers.
• Contracting contracts and support of agreements at all stages. Development of long-term partnerships with integrators and key customers. Search and development of new business opportunities (proactive position). Cooperation with internal teams (product, presale, marketing, technical support).

Requirements:

• Experience with security systems / video surveillance / IoT / smart building / IT solutions.
• Communication and sales experience at the C-level, CTOs, state and semi-state structures.
• Practical experience of working with large businesses, state or semi-state organizations, integrators and partner networks.
• Project thinking and technical adequacy (understanding of complex solutions, not just sales).
• Proactivity: ability to independently find opportunities and bring deals to a result.
• Resistance to stress and willingness to work with long sales cycles.

• Experience in the fields of smart city, critical infrastructure, enterprise security.
