Due to the growth of the agency Inweb, we are looking forBusiness Development Manager, who will be able to help us reach new market leaders and expand cooperation with existing companies.

Work experience in B2B sales for more than 2 years: understanding of the specifics of the business market, processes and requirements.

  • Experience of working with commercial tenders: search for tenders, preparation of tender documents, negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
  • Experience of negotiations at the level top management of large clients: knowledge of negotiation techniques and strategies.
  • Experience of working with CRM and Google products (documents, tables, presentations).
  • Analytical skills: able to analyze different situations, draw conclusions from successful and unsuccessful cases, assess risks and find optimal solutions. 
  • 700">Proactiveness: inquisitiveness, interest in new opportunities, search for additional information, readiness to act ahead of time.
  • Communicability and persuasiveness: the ability to communicate one's opinion in a reasoned manner, influence customers' decisions and motivate them to take action.
  • Perseverance: the ability to work with obstacles, look for alternatives decisions and not giving up in difficult situations.
  • Attention to details: attention to details regarding tender conditions and requirements, rules for submitting documentation.

  • What will need to be done:

    1. Look for relevant tenders: monitor tender platforms, online portals, and other sources to identify new opportunities for participation.
    2. Form and work with the tender database (update tender databases, including archival and potential customers, keep reports).
    3. Loancollect and prepare tender documents according to customer requirements, prepare tender offers (here you will be helped by a team of lawyers, technical department, marketing department).
    4. Interact and cooperatewith internal teams.
    5. Negotiate and discuss the terms of cooperation.
    6. Analyze the market and competitors (to analyze the activity of competitors, monitor their participation in tenders and adapt offers in accordance with changes in the market).
    7. Attend events, conferences in order to find new customers.

    1. Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that, in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence. 
    2. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and end from 17:00 to 19:00.
    3. The possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
    4. Paid vacation — 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates and 11 public holidays, 1 Mental Health Day.
    5. 50% compensation for professional training: courses, trainings, webinars, etc.
    6. Additional paid days off, which are provided when certain life events occur circumstances.
