We are inviting a Business Development Manager to join our team.
Your tasks will be:
- Development of foreign sales markets, search for potential customers, partners and distributors abroad;
- Development and implementation of product promotion strategy together with the marketing department;
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients and partners;
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations, participating in exhibitions and specialized events;
- Negotiations, conclusion of contracts, implementation of sales plan;
- Conducting competitor market analysis, identifying trends and development opportunities;
- Analyzing the specifics of the market according to the region, creating suitable advertising materials and marketing campaigns;
- Contributes to timely receipt tools for the development and maintenance of the required level of knowledge, product benefits from partners for the company's employees and customers;
- Cooperation with the teams of commercial, logistics and marketing departments to ensure product compliance with market requirements.
We expect from you:
- 3 years of experience in the field of business development, sales;
- Experience in negotiation and presentation;
- Excellent product and self presentation skills;
- A confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Fluency in English (not below Intermediate , B2);
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals;
- Readiness for business trips.
