ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih - a part of the international company ArcelorMittal – the biggest steel producer in the world and one of the biggest employers in Ukraine is looking for a candidate for the position of Business Develop Manager

So, what will you do?

• managing account customers - develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• customer acquisition - identify and target potential customers to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities
• price negotiation - engage in negotiations with customers to establish favourable pricing agreements while maintaining profitability for the company
• market investigation - conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer demands, and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
• improve supply share per customer - collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations and increase the company's market share within each customer account
• develop HAV products - work closely with the product development team to identify opportunities for high added-value products and contribute to their development

You are the one we are looking for if you have:

• bachelor’s or master's degree in economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred  
• willingness to travel for business (30-50% of the time)
• knowledge of the steel market, production processes and supply chain
• fluency in Polish and English
• excellent communication skills.
• ability to work in an international environment
• independence, initiative and proactivity.
• proficiency in the use of IT tools (Microsoft Office, BI, SAP)
