Currently, the company is actively developing new directions, launching ambitious projects and in connection with hereby invites a Business Development Manager to its team.
What tasks we will assign you:

Search for new promising manufacturing companies/categories/products (imported and domestic) to form a liquid, market-demanded and marginal assortment portfolio of the company;Negotiations with existing and potential suppliers regarding terms of cooperation, commercial policy (retrobonuses / deferred payments / marketing funds, etc.); implementation of projects;Analysis of the current assortment matrix: development of priorities in sales, recommendations for the formation of pricing policy, as well as inclusion/exclusion of items from the assortment;Preparation and conducting of presentations for the team from existing and new products; Training of the management team in the characteristics, benefits and sales arguments for new and existing products: online/on-site training (up to 50% of working time); Management of a team of employees of the business development department (as it is formed);Market analysis with the aim of assessing the competitive environment: meetings with clients, news, trends, price changes.Expectations from candidates:
- Personal successful B2B experience/ B2C sales and/or purchases;
- Knowledge of planning and budgeting methods, formation of business development plans (strategic/tactical plans);
- Highly developed negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the basics of economic analysis;
- Skills in managing your activities, working in CRM;
- Orientation on the result;
- Highly expressed leadership qualities;
- li>Analytical mindset;
- Knowledge of the English language: at a level sufficient for oral and written negotiations with suppliers;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- Non-confrontational .
