Key Responsibilities: Functions of PM: • Development of product strategy in the Ukrainian market • Development of channel strategy • Development of pricing strategy by channel, partner • Responsibility for development and implementation of PRM together with marketing and KAM teams based on company KPIs, including profitability • Development of product marketing and promotion strategy • Development of product sales plans based on the company's key performance indicators, goals and expected market size (quarterly, annually) • Product demand forecasting based on KPIs and Company goals • Preparation and agreement of trade terms by channels • Analysis product market trends and competitor actions Functions of KAM:• Responsibility for the development of LG business with regional networks• Full cycle of managing relationships between business and customers• Preparation and agreement with customers of terms of trade with further control of their implementation• Agreement of plans with customers based on the company's KPI (goals sales, IHS, Display Share, WOS)• Management of PSI: product, channel, customers• Development and agreement with customers of the product matrix based on company objectives• Ensuring regular forecasting of orders based on company sales plans, customer supply planning, WOS and seasonal market trends • Coordination of promotional activities with clients, aimed at balancing the client's stocks and achieving the company's KPI (IHS, MS, WOS).• Data analysis for reporting to senior management.
