Business Development Lead in IT SmartFlex

IT SmartFlex is a Ukrainian IT company that started its activities in 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software. Our goal is to develop and deepen our own IT expertise. We create the latest project solutions for the telecom industry and develop high-quality products for millions of mobile users. In connection with the launch of a new product direction, we are looking for a Business Development Lead who will lead and develop this direction. Functional responsibilities: - Analysis of the internal and external market of IT platforms, products and services, assessment of new market opportunities for the Company - Participation in the formation of the strategy for the development of external sales and its implementation - Development of the concept of the introduction of new IT platforms, products and services, presentation materials, business plans , calculation of business cases - Analysis of the effectiveness of the promotion of products and services on the market, calculation of KPIs - Ensuring the implementation of the budget of revenues from external sales - Interaction and communication with potential and existing customers: gathering requirements, identifying needs, analyzing competitors, participating in tenders, participating in preparation of client contracts - Analysis of sales, income, costs and margins of new and existing products and services - Coordination of the development of IT platforms, products and services. - Control over the timing and quality of the implementation of new IT platforms, products and services, their availability and performance - Participation in the selection of suppliers and contractual work with them - Interaction with other divisions that provide implementation and operational support for the functioning of IT platforms, products and services Required skills: - Experience in introducing new IT products to the market - Experience in managing a portfolio of IT products - Management experience, incl. cross-functional and project teams - Knowledge of modern IT trends and technologies - Deep understanding of financial aspects of business - High presentation and communication skills.
