We are looking for a Business Development (Affiliate) Team Lead - a person who does not just manage a team, but shapes direction, influences scale and becomes part of the PLASH leadership core.

This is an offer for someone who:

  • knows how to combine BizDev and Buying into one working system;

Area of responsibility:

1. Strategic management of BizDev directly in Baying:

  • Development and implementation of a traffic monetization strategy in the Finance vertical;
  • Setting goals for BizDev Managers and Account Managers, KPI control;
  • Optimization of partner attraction funnels (advertisers).

2. Interaction with the Buying team:

  • Establishing effective cooperation between BizDev and Buying teams;
  • Ensuring synchronous work and resolving conflicting situations;
  • Joint planning of traffic volumes and growth points.

3. Team management and development (formed team, 6+ people):

  • Working with team effectiveness: regular performance review and feedback;
  • Mentoring, competence development and strengthening of expertise;
  • Adaptation and onboarding of new BizDev and Account Managers.

4. Working with the partner network and key advertisers:

  • Controlling the interaction of BizDev Managers with partners;
  • Participating in complex negotiations and escalations;
  • Forming policies on caps, rates and terms of cooperation.

5. Analytics and referral development:

  • Analysis of market trends, new GEOs, brands and technologies;
  • Optimization of the reporting system and approaches to analytics;
  • Making decisions based on data and performance indicators.

6. Representation of the company and development of partnerships:

  • Participation in specialized international conferences;
  • Active networking and search for new opportunities for cooperation;
  • Strengthening the image of the company and the team.

Expectations from the candidate:

  • Experience of working in managerial positions positions in large teams (50+ people) buying or affiliate/network environment;
  • More than 3 years of practical experience in the Finance verticalwith an understandingm of its specifics;
  • Understanding the principles of Facebook Ads and Google Ads from a BizDev point of view (mechanics of traffic procurement, factors influencing metrics, features of sources);
  • Practical experience of managing the BizDev directionfrom 5 specialists;
  • Strong analytical base: work with KPI, reporting;
  • Successful experiencebuilding and scaling processes;
  • Ability to simultaneously work with buyers and advertisers, building effective interaction;
  • Experience in participating in international events, conferencesand active networking;
  • Soft skills: clear and structured communication, systems thinking, resistance to workloads and work in a high-pressure environment, focus on results, readiness to make difficult and sometimes unpopular management decisions.
