Responsibilities:

Business Development

  1. Network Utilization and Relationship Management:
    • Leverage existing healthcare industry contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, medical institutions, and industry influencers.
  2. Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to expand VITA325’s market reach.
    • Negotiate and secure agreements with partners that enhance VITA325’s service offerings and market presence.
  3. Service Promotion:
    • Present and promote VITA325’s AI/ML development and software solutions to potential clients and partners, emphasizing our extensive experience in rehab, clinical research, and pharmaceuticals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and presentations tailored to the healthcare sector.

Lead Generation

  1. Lead Identification and Qualification:
    • Identify potential leads within the healthcare sector through your professional network.
    • Qualify leads to ensure they align with VITA325’s service offerings and business objectives.
  2. Outbound Sales Efforts:
    • Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
    • Utilize tools and techniques such as email marketing, direct outreach, and social media engagement to connect with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or account management, specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Healthcare Background:
