The candidate isresults-driven, proactive, and able toexplain his proposals, effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. This key role involves partnering with the CEO and the marketing department. Key Responsibilities Lead generation for markets: USA, European Union and secure new business opportunities inkey verticals: healthcare, finance, software development, applications, and blockchain. Lead management : Efficiently process incoming requests from various channels (website, referrals, etc.), taking ownership ofleads, warming uppotential clients, and performing diligent follow-ups. Lead qualification: Conduct thorough profiling and qualification ofleads toensure alignment with our services and capacity, including understanding client needs, project scope, and budget considerations. Client engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting Bluepes inthe best possible light tomake clients keen toengage our services. Pre-sales coordination: Supervise and drive the pre-sale team, providing them with necessary input data for crafting proposals, ensuring the final proposals align with client expectations and company standards. Deal closure: Lead inpresenting proposals toclients, addressing any concerns, and negotiating terms tosuccessfully close deals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity toinform business strategy and marketing departments. Work closely with internal teams , including sales, marketing, and product development, tocreate cohesive and effective growth strategies. Mandatory Requirements: 5years ofexperience inbusiness development, sales, orasimilar role within the software development industry, with specific experience inmobile, web, and software development Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability topresent and persuade atall levels ofanorganization Experience insupervising teams and coordinating pre-sales activities Ability towork independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability tointerpret data and market insights todrive business decisions. Familiarity with CRMsystems, and proficiency inGoogle Sheets and data analysis tools. Ateam player with aproactive approach and the ability towork independently inaremote setting. Fluent inEnglish, with additional languages being asignificant plus.
