Even hard work can be fun if you are among the right people.Responsibilities- Proactively seek new business opportunities via a multichannel approach, using tools such as LinkedIn, email outreach, video calls, etc.- Utilize CRM software (HubSpot)- Business trips- Closing incoming prospects from BDRs, existing database, events, etc- Managing the sales pipeline in order to provide new business, upsell, long-term deals, and renewal of the existing contracts- Investigating and resolving queries from customers- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new sales tactics and techniquesRequirements- At least 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)- General understanding of the IT field and the software development process- A strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiative- Positive, “can-do” attitude- Are outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds- Can be a team player in the sales team- Experience with CRM systems is preferred- Previous work experience as a lead generation manager or IT recruiter will be a plusWe offer- Competitive salary- Bonus for each customer you close- Bonus for account management- Business trips to the US, UK, and Europe- Paid time off – 18 business days for vacation, 10 sick leaves, 11 public holidays- Apple hardware — MacBook Pro- Compensation for professional training (courses, conferences, English classes, etc.)- Mentorship from our Chief of Staff AnastasiiaTraining and Development- Shadowing and mentorship from senior team members- Unlimited online training tools from Sunvery Library- Regular one-on-one and group meetings with your Team Lead
