Join our team as a Business Developer! We are 2Simple - a newly established Software House dealing with the development of projects commissioned by clients, body leasing and IT consulting. There are two of us - we know IT, we are looking for someone who knows sales. Together we will conquer the market! :) If you are a person with experience in acquiring B2B customers, you like talking to people and you are familiar with the IT industry, this is definitely an offer for you. Responsibilities: Preparation of a sales plan and B2B prospecting; Active search and acquisition of new clients; Maintaining long-term relationships with key clients; Representing 2Simple during business meetings; Managing sales growth and customer profitability, in line with business goals; Focusing on achieving sales goals contributing to the development of the Company; Building a positive image of the company. Expectations: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients; Independence in managing your own working time; Knowledge of the IT industry, software development process and terminology; Orientation towards achieving set goals; Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level to enable free communication with foreign clients; Proficient in CRM programs such as HubSpot.
