The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, andpossess an understanding of consulting, design,new technologies, and digital business areas. At least 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of work in strategic projects. An excellent understanding of business in times of change supported by achievements in the form of prepared strategies and hypotheses of business models. Familiarity with design thinking techniques, service design, and research methods allowing adaptation of work methodologies to the specificity of clients. An excellent knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in Blockchain, AI/Augmented development, Industry cloud platform, Intelligent Applications, enabling proposing solutions utilising them in business. An excellent understanding of the project process enabling close collaboration with researchers and product designers. Confirmed experience in strategic projects in one of the following industries: Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing. An excellent command of the English language (C1/C2).
