This vacancy is for you ifyou have experience:

Searchin new potential customers and partners in international markets:

  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers. 
  • Analysis of the company's competitiveness on the international market and development of exit strategies. 

Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with partners:

  • Participation in negotiations and conclusion of contracts with potential and existing partners. 
  • Ensuring effective integration and support of partnership relations at all stages of cooperation.

Development and implementation of sales strategies:

  • Creating sales strategies aimed at achieving the company's overall business goals.
  • Constant analysis of market trendsentities and the competitive environment to improve sales strategies. 

Introduction of the company and meetings with partners:

  • Participation in various events, including formal business meetings, business dinners and lunches, to maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing partners. 

Development of product promotion plans:

  • Collaboration with the product owner to develop and implement promotion strategies. 
  • Determining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables for software development projects. 

Project and budget management:

  • Development and tracking of budgets for promotion and projects.
  • Effective use of financial resources and implementation of changes to improve the effectiveness of project implementation. 

Customer relationship support:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and implementing strategies to improve service. 

Active use of platforms to find customers:

  • Using various specialized platforms such as LinkedIn to effectively find and communicate with potential clients. 

Collaboration and internal communications:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales and marketing for optimal resource utilization and feedback sharing. 

Update of knowledge and innovation:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices and new technologies to ensure the company's competitiveness and innovation.  

Challenges for six months:

• familiarize yourself with internal processes in companies https://def-c.com/ua/ https://abris.aero/ 

• get acquainted with the current product plan of UAV production, distribution and promotion of services

• Conduct a market analysis and develop a strategy for promoting the company's products

 • prepare a road map of product development, supported by development estimates and implementation terms

 • prepare and defend a quarterly promotion plan in the chosen foreign market of Europe, Africa or America 

To achieve results, you will need:

 • experience of launching, managing and developing new products - from 3 years in international markets

• experience with the product is a must have

 • skills in research and analysis of user needs 

• experience in forming a product development strategy • experience in working with metrics and target audience segmentation
