About the project:
We are looking for an analyst in our R&D department. Your role will be a combination of working with big data and business design: from finding insights in numbers to formulating technical tasks for the development of new solutions. style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">

  • SQL:Sufficient command of query writing levels (SELECT, JOINs, aggregations, Window Functions)
  • BI tools:Experience with Tableau, Looker or Looker Studio
  • Forecasting skills: Understanding of forecasting methods, ability to work with time series and take into account the impact of variables on business indicators
  • Analytical package (Advanced User):Fluency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, work with large arrays of data)
  • Presentation skills: Ability to create professional and visually understandable reports in MS PowerPoint and Google Presentations
  • Business analysis:Ability to collect requirements from stakeholders and describe them in the format of clear technical tasks (TOR)
  • Understanding marketing and sales: Knowledge of key metrics (Retention, LTV, CAC) and understanding of the sales funnel.

    • What will you do as a Business/Data Analyst

    • Sales analysis: In-depth study of sales dynamics, identification of seasonal trends, anomalies and growth areas
    • Marketing analytics and segmentation, outflow analysis: Clustering of the customer base (RFM analysis, etc.) to improve the effectiveness of marketing activities
    • Sales Forecasting: Construction of short-term and long-term sales forecasts, taking into account seasonality, marketing activities and external market factors
    • Development of documentation: Formation of business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD) for the implementation of new analytical tools
    • Setting TOR: Writing clear technical tasks for developers and data engineers.
    • Visualization and reporting: Creating automated dashboards in BI systems and preparing regular analytical reports.

    Nice-to-have:

    • Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, time series forecasting libraries.
