We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who will help build an analytical system that really affects business decisions and sales growth.

Main tasks:

• Analysis of key operating indicators of e-commerce: market share, sales structure, conversions, traffic, product purchases and other drivers revenues;
• Building a KPI system and evaluating the effectiveness of the user journey — from the first click to receiving an order;
• Preparation of regular analytics for decision-making: reports, insights, clear conclusions and proposals;
• Creation of dashboards in Power BI and Excel that give a clear picture of all sales metrics;
• Collection of data from various systems (DAX, POS, Power BI and others) and integration them into a single analytical space;
• Analysis of cases, identification of cause and effect relationships, search for bottlenecks and growth points.

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in sales analytics or related areas;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and several products at the same time;
• Practical experience in building dashboards: from data collection to visualization;
• Proficient in Excel and SQL;
• Ability to convey complex information in simple language (for non-data teams);
• High level of independence, proactivity, hypothesis-making and testing skills;
• Teamwork, analytical and critical thinking, adaptability, creativity.

Will advantage:

• Experience in B2C or e-commerce.
