What you will do as a Business Data Analyst:

• Analysis of the current state of the business and processes to identify vulnerabilities and growth points.
• Preparation of a sound strategy to optimize systems and eliminate problems found by the business analyst.
• Identification, collection, formation, testing and approval of requirements, as well as their detailing. /li>
• Modeling business processes and user scenarios.
• Designing solutions taking into account all the necessary information.
• Communication with testers, programmers, UI/UX designers, customers and by project managers during development.
• Creation of prototypes, layouts, presentations and descriptions of the product or project in connection with other team members.
• Testing of systems and solutions for functionality, compliance with requirements and business logic
• Implementation of changes and control of their implementation.
• Evaluation of results according to key parameters.
• Reports and documentation for users and teams.
• Collection and analysis of feedback from project participants

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Full higher education in the field (master, specialist)
• Deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and the software development process (methodologies, SDLC, etc.).
• Management of requirements: discovery, description, approval, quality attributes, etc.
• Ability to work with software products for data analysis, reporting and visualization (such as Excel, Tableau and Power BI).
• Business processes: understanding, research, model and notation.
• Change management, risk analysis and decision evaluation.
• Requirements management: discovery, description, approval, quality attributes and other.
• Definition and formation of the scope.
• Management of relations with the interested parties of the project.
• Deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and the software development process (methodologies, SDLC, etc. ).
• Working with documents and large volumes of data.
• Competent drafting of technical tasks, user scenarios and stories.
• Experience of working in an Agile team.
