JSC "ProCredit Bank" - a specialized bank for business, which is part of the international ProCredit group, the shareholder of which is the international financial organization - ProCredit Holding (Germany), invites to join the team of professionals and announces a competition for the position of Business customer service specialist at the Head Office in Kyiv.

Functional duties:

• Conduct initial financial monitoring of the client and open current, deposit accounts of legal entities
• Accept incoming calls from legal entities and provide advice on tariffs and bank services for legal entities
• Critically think, solve complex problems, understand the legislation and interact with other departments of the bank with the aim of comprehensive and high-quality service to clients of legal entities

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education, work experience in a bank
• Willingness to constantly learn, because without it professional growth is simply impossible
• Desire to help and quickly find ways out of situations
• Ability to quickly orientate and identify customer requests
• Knowledge of English at level B1 or higher will be an advantage
