We are looking for an experienced Business consultant (customer service specialist) with a non-standard way of thinking to attract small and medium-sized business clients in Kyiv and the Kyiv region (including the agricultural sector; business affected by military actions).

Responsibilities:

• Attracting small and medium-sized business clients;
• Maintaining relations with existing business clients;
• Selling the company's financial products;
• Assessment of the financial condition of clients (visit to the client within the region);
• Collection of a package of necessary documents;
• Support of the credit process in the corporate electronic system.

• Knowledge of the legal framework for lending to legal entities;
• Knowledge of the market and the competitive environment of the region regarding the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (including the agricultural sector);
• Skills of active sales, making presentations;
• English at a level no lower than Intermediate;
• Driver's license and driving experience.

• Attracting new SME clients for our services;
• Maintaining relationships with existing business clients and increasing the profitability of the client portfolio;
• Selling the company’s financial products;
• Conducting preliminary financial analysis of clients (on-site visits);
• Collecting necessary documentation;
• Supporting the loan process in the corporate electronic system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of legislation related to working with legal entities (sole proprietors);
• Understanding of the market and the competitive environment of the region in terms of the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (including the agricultural sector);
• Skills in active sales and delivering presentations;
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or law;
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial/banking sector;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience, as travel within the region and across Ukraine will be required.
